Excellent shopping experience. Especially appreciate your including a video on your website for the installation procedures of both the hitch and wire harness. Those videos reduced any hesitance to DIY on my part. Glad it warned to support the exhaust separately so it can be lowered only as needed.
Ordered Saturday evening, arrived Thurs aft. Installed hitch Fri PM in just about 1 hr. (alone) being extra cautious. Hitch fit perfectly. Today installing the wiring which looks easy.
Only comment about the Hidden Hitch, not etrailer.com, is that the long steel tube is open on both ends, dips 5 inches in middle, can't see any drain hole. Looks like it will eventually get some tire splash water in the tube ends with no place to go, so could rust with trapped water. I will question Hidden Hitch about this issue. Probably should drill a small relief hole at the low point and cover the ends. Hidden hitch should do that or supply rubber caps for the ends. Otherwise it was a straight forward and pleasant experience.

Product arrived fast and well boxed for the size. At first, I thought that I might need help to install this on my brand new Ford Fusion so as not to damage anything. I was surprised that the only tool I needed was an 18mm socket wrench. Everything went in quick and easy.

IF I HAD A CAR LIFT LIKE IN THE VIDEO IT WOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT 1/2 HR. WORKING OFF THE GROUND IT TOOK ABOUT 1 HR.

Hitch arrived sooner than promised. Installation was easy, did not have to jack up my Ford Fusion.
I'd rate the ease of installation a little tougher. Everything was perfect until I drove it for the first time. The exhaust was hitting the hitch in two places. Some tweaking and it's 90% quieter but not quite perfect yet.
Very quick delivery and well packaged. The instructions were clear and it installed very easily.
Installation was as easy as the video. Written instructions, not so much, so definitely use them both. All the videos on the site are excellent and worth while.

A little difficult to install by yourself, but overall an easy installation and an excellent product.
This was so easy i installed the hitch myself in 30 mi. and i am 71 yrs old.
The follow up and shipping was was excellent.
Great design, good tools (coiled bolt pullers) . The bolts for the bumper-side holes were frustrating due to being just barely long enough to get the nut started. Otherwise a great fit. This is on the wife's car pulling a tradeshow trailer. She loves it.
The trailerhitch is great, it's being used to haul bikecycles on vacation. Installation said no drilling but did require some drilling on my Ford Fusion that took an extra hour to install but all went well and we're very happy with it.
